Description
The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, Greater St. Louis, Inc., and Boeing St. Louis are seeking qualified contractors to perform vegetation, brush, and overgrowth clearing along designated public streets and rights-of-way in Kinloch, Missouri. Work includes removing tall grass, weeds, vines, unmanaged vegetation, small saplings, branches, litter, and other debris; clearing sidewalks, easements, and street edges; hauling debris to an approved disposal facility; protecting public infrastructure and adjacent property; and maintaining safe work zones and traffic control when necessary. The selected contractor must complete the services between October 30 and November 30, 2026, report hazardous or inaccessible conditions, and participate in a final walkthrough. Proposals must address company and personnel experience, equipment and staffing, approach and timeline, participation of under-represented groups, and proposed fees and expenses. Current insurance, licensing, and applicable certifications must be provided. The Partnership may select one or more contractors for different components of the scope.
