Description
The City of South Fulton is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide maintenance, repair, resurfacing, inspection, emergency repair, and on-call rehabilitation services for City-owned outdoor tennis, pickleball, basketball, and multipurpose athletic courts. The scope includes pressure washing, debris and vegetation removal, condition and safety inspections, crack monitoring, net and hardware inspections, crack repair, acrylic patching, surface restoration, line repainting, color coating, drainage and concrete repairs, and court accessory replacement. The solicitation also includes conversion of selected clay courts to hard courts. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, and incidentals. Proposers must demonstrate at least five years of athletic-court maintenance experience and three similar contracts completed within the last five years. The contract includes annual preventative maintenance, unit-priced repairs and resurfacing, emergency labor rates, and an initial one-year term with four one-year renewal options. Proposals must include separate technical and price submissions, with pricing confined to the designated price proposal.
