Description
Clemson University is seeking a supplier to provide waste management services under the attached specifications or scope of work. The scope includes campus-wide waste collection, hauling, disposal, recycling, and rental of waste containers and related equipment, including front-load dumpsters, compactors, and open-top containers. Services may include scheduled and on-call collection, recycling and processing of cardboard and construction-and-demolition materials, reporting, service logs, waste audits, spill cleanup, and coordination with the University. Offerors may bid on one, multiple, or all nine lots, and estimated quantities are for evaluation only and do not guarantee usage or expenditures. The initial contract term is one year with up to four additional one-year renewals, for a maximum term of five years. Services are anticipated to begin January 1, 2027. Proposals must be submitted online through Clemson Bidding after registration or login. Terms and conditions and contract redlines must not be included; requested modifications must instead be raised during the question period, and redlines or proposal caveats may make a proposal nonresponsive.
