Description
Decide DeKalb Development Authority is seeking a managed service provider to serve as the primary point of accountability for information technology services supporting approximately 15 to 25 employees, contractors, and authorized users, including remote and offsite work. The scope includes telephone, email, and online help-desk support; onsite support when needed; user onboarding and offboarding; identity, permissions, licensing, and multifactor authentication administration; endpoint monitoring and maintenance; Microsoft 365 administration; cybersecurity monitoring and incident response; backup, restoration, and continuity services; network and infrastructure support; documentation; reporting; quarterly business reviews; and strategic technology planning. The selected provider must propose service levels, escalation procedures, a transition and implementation plan, qualified staffing, relevant certifications, pricing for recurring, one-time, optional, licensing, labor, travel, pass-through, and three-year costs, and contract-end transition assistance. Proposals are limited to 10 single-spaced pages, excluding resumes, references, insurance documentation, and sample agreements, and must include three comparable references, proof of insurance, a W-9, a sample service agreement, proposed terms, exceptions, assumptions, exclusions, and acknowledgment of addenda. Subcontractors may be disclosed where needed to meet the scope. Decide DeKalb encourages participation by diverse vendors, including DBE, FBE, and MBE firms.
