Description
Fulton County Government is seeking a qualified consultant to manage the County’s unemployment compensation program. Required services include claims administration, unemployment benefit payment and cost forecasting, departmental cost allocation, annual risk-cap management, claims and appeal hearing management, benefit-charge verification, reporting, and timely invoice submission. The selected consultant must become the address of record for Georgia Department of Labor unemployment matters, maintain departmental human-resources liaison contacts, attend quarterly review meetings, provide initial and ongoing training, prepare customized procedures manuals and forms, maintain claims and payroll data, and provide monthly claims and liability reports. The proposal must include an implementation plan and client services plan. The contract has a one-year commencement term beginning January 1, 2027, with two optional one-year renewal terms.
