Description
Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the E.E. Robinson Park Pickleball Courts Replacement Project. The work includes demolition of the existing courts and reconstruction of six lighted pickleball courts. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed container marked with the bid number and company name. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check equal to 5% of the total bid is required with submission. The successful contractor must provide 100% performance and payment bonds and satisfy the stated insurance requirements. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with possible awards based on the base bid and selected alternates.
