Description
Fulton County is seeking qualified cosmetologists, barbers, and nail technicians to provide on-site services to seniors age 55 and older at four senior facilities. Required services include haircuts, hairstyling, hair coloring, straightening, permanents, conditioning, massage, geriatric massage, skincare and makeup application, manicures, and pedicures. The stylist must operate at least three weekdays per week, for a minimum of four hours per day between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., and establish periodic service days that include skill-based volunteer or educational activities. This is a revenue-neutral arrangement: the County will not pay the stylist, and the stylist will provide one basic service per month at no charge to qualifying Adult Day Health Program participants in exchange for no-cost use of space, equipment, water, and electricity. Other services are compensated according to the solicitation's fixed menu prices, and Multipurpose Program participants procure services at menu cost. The initial term ends December 31, 2027, with two optional one-year renewal terms. Bidders must submit the completed bid form, addenda acknowledgments, purchasing and compliance forms, and evidence of insurability through the designated online procurement portal.
