Kyrene Elementary School District is currently requesting responses to Request for Proposals (RFP) K27-03-31 for Medical TPA Services (bundled services including UM/DM, medical network, Telemedicine, Wellness Program and COBRA Administration), PBM Services, HSA Administration, Workforce Mental Health Program (EAP). Description
Kyrene Elementary School District No. 28 is seeking proposals for integrated or separately awarded employee benefit services. The scope includes medical third-party administration; claims administration; case management, utilization review, and disease management; provider network access; telemedicine; wellness benefits administration; COBRA administration; retail and specialty pharmacy benefit management; health savings account administration; and an employee assistance or workforce mental health program. The District may make a single award, multiple awards, or awards by service component. Proposals must address the requested service model, implementation and account management, reporting, pricing, integration with other benefit vendors, and applicable performance guarantees. The solicitation requests a cover letter, questionnaire responses, financial pricing exhibits, specimen documents and satisfaction results, supplemental information if applicable, and required certifications and forms, including the Offer and Acceptance Page, Deviations and Exceptions, Confidential/Proprietary Submittals, Debarment Certification, Pending Lawsuits, Fee Certification, and W-9. The contract is intended to begin July 1, 2027, for an initial one-year term with up to three additional one-year renewals.
