Description
Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is seeking multiple contractors to provide 24-hour, year-round rotational towing, vehicle recovery, and storage services for non-County vehicles. Services cover motorcycles, passenger vehicles, light, medium, and heavy vehicles and equipment, including accident, abandoned, and impounded vehicles. Contractors may bid for designated geographic towing zones and must provide appropriately classified, DPS-inspected tow vehicles, qualified drivers, storage facilities, dispatch capability, prompt response, vehicle release services, recordkeeping, and compliance with Arizona towing laws and regulations. Bidders must submit pricing for towing, mileage, recovery, winching, water recovery, storage, vehicle disposition, and related services. The County may make multiple awards by zone, service category, or group of items. The initial contract term is two years, with up to four additional one-year renewals. Required response materials include vendor information, an agreement page, references, pricing, equipment and storage-facility lists, owner/operator information, zone availability, and the MCSO vehicle proceeds report.
