Description
Paradise Valley Unified School District is seeking a vendor to provide and deliver various specified ceiling tiles for use across district facilities, including classrooms, kitchens, cafeterias, auditoriums, music rooms, and offices. The solicitation identifies several standardized tile products and permits pricing for additional manufacturers, sizes, and styles through discounts off catalog or list pricing. Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis, with quantities provided as estimates rather than guaranteed purchases. The vendor must complete the provided pricing and solicitation forms, submit a brief company history, provide at least three similar references involving school districts or other public entities in Arizona, and provide vendor contact information and a signed W-9. Responses must be submitted as one PDF through the designated online procurement portal. The resulting firm-fixed-price contract will run for one year from award and may be renewed annually for a maximum total term of three years. Samples are required only for non-specified tiles for which the vendor provides pricing, and those samples are due after the quotation deadline.
