Description
Maricopa County Sheriff's Office seeks one or more qualified Off Duty Employment Management Companies to provide administrative, scheduling, compliance, liaison, accounting, payroll-distribution, invoicing, reporting, audit, and support services for its Extra Off Duty Employment Program. The contractor must manage job postings and assignments, reconcile exemption lists, distribute weekly payments to sheriff's office employees, invoice outside employers, issue IRS Forms 1099, collect vehicle-use fees, and provide monthly reporting and customer liaison support. The contractor must also provide secure web-based software and mobile applications supporting role-based access, job posting and bidding, calendars, notifications, clock-in/clock-out, GPS geofencing when requested, alerts for staffing and eligibility issues, records retention, outside-employer access, and 24/7/365 support. The proposal must include a service-level agreement, training for up to 800 administrators and supervisors with in-person and virtual options, and proof of the required Arizona private security license. Responses are limited to 25 pages using 10-point font and must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement platform in native file formats, with each required document uploaded individually and named using the vendor-name/document-name convention.
