Description
The Clark County Board of Commissioners is seeking a contractor to provide near-site clinical services. The available notice does not describe the detailed clinical scope; proposers must complete all questions in Exhibit C, “Request for Proposal Response Near-Site Clinical Services.” The proposal package must include the required county forms and affidavits identified in the notice. A current Ohio BWC Certificate and Certificate of Liability Insurance are required from the successful bidder, rather than at initial proposal submission, and the insurance must meet requirements contained in the RFP package.
