Greater Dayton Premier Management seeks one qualified, Ohio-licensed insurance broker and consultant to provide representation and consulting services for its employee benefit plans; this is not a solicitation for insurance coverage. The selected firm will support renewal negotiations and competitive procurement of benefit-plan quotes, claims and utilization analysis, cost-reduction recommendations, billing and enrollment troubleshooting, employee communications and open enrollment, plan design, benefits technology evaluation, regulatory compliance, and related advisory services. The firm must support compliance with Ohio and federal benefits laws, execute a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement before contract execution, protect employee PHI and PII, disclose direct and indirect compensation, and disclose any proposed artificial-intelligence or automated document-processing tools. The contract has a one-year initial term with up to four one-year renewal options, for a maximum five-year term.
