Description
Greene County is seeking qualifications from an architectural and engineering consultant to develop a new Family Services Center that will consolidate County departments currently located in multiple facilities. The scope includes reviewing background information, related plans and programs, existing space occupancies and square footage, and future growth needs. The selected consultant will provide professional design services from preliminary design through construction documents, permitting, construction administration, project completion, and occupancy. The project is anticipated to take approximately 24–30 months and will include a public process with stakeholder meetings, culminating in approval of the facility plans and estimated budget by the Greene County Board of County Commissioners. Firms must demonstrate experience with similar County facilities in Ohio.
