Description
The City of Piqua is seeking a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to construct cast-in-place drilled pier foundations for transmission line structures. The engineer's estimate is $280,000, and Ohio prevailing-wage requirements apply. Addendum No. 3 extends the bid opening to October 29, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EDT and sets the bid bond requirement at no less than 10% of the bid. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 3. The package includes foundation, civil, conduit, load-table, geotechnical, general-conditions, supplementary-conditions, prevailing-wage, bid-bond, and compliance documents.
