Description
Clark County, Ohio, on behalf of the Clark County Sheriff's Office, is soliciting proposals from one qualified vendor for complete turnkey upfitting of marked and unmarked Sheriff vehicles. The scope includes furnishing, delivering, installing, programming, integrating, testing, and warranting public-safety equipment and related components, including emergency lighting and sirens, consoles and mounts, communications and mobile data equipment, prisoner transport systems, weapon storage, cameras and technology, electrical systems, graphics, vehicle accessories, and optional decommissioning or equipment-transfer services. The contract will support as-needed vehicle orders and work orders, with no guaranteed minimum volume or expenditure. Proposers must provide technical and operational information, equipment and installer authorizations, facility and security details, turnaround commitments, warranty and service information, references, exceptions, and transparent turnkey pricing that separately identifies equipment, labor, and other charges. The initial term is two years, with up to three additional one-year renewals by mutual written agreement.
