Description
The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a sole-source purchase order for non-personal medical provider services supporting the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit. The requirement covers urgent care and outpatient settings, including board-certified or board-eligible physicians and mid-level providers, emergency and routine patient care, clinical procedures, patient transports when needed, documentation, care coordination, and compliance with applicable healthcare, safety, privacy, and facility standards. The performance work statement identifies 250 regular hours for an urgent care board-certified physician, 250 hours for an urgent care board-eligible provider with emergency-room experience, 700 hours for an urgent care board-certified mid-level provider, and 1,170 hours for an outpatient board-certified mid-level provider. Providers must satisfy applicable licensing, experience, certification, credentialing, background-check, health, immunization, and facility-orientation requirements.
