Description
The St. Mary's County Health Department is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to design, expand, or implement health access strategies delivered through mobile, home-based, community-based, or place-based models for residents of St. Mary's County. Responses must include separate Technical Proposal and Pricing Proposal files, with the required cover page as page one of each file. The proposal deadline is 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on September 17, 2026. Proposals must be submitted by email to smchd.contracts@maryland.gov with the subject line "Response to RFP #27-05."
