Description
Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services is seeking qualified providers for two distinct service areas: Ohio Works First (OWF) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training (SNAP E&T). Proposers may respond to either or both areas. Required services include participant referral and assessment support, case management, employment preparation, education and occupational training, work experience and community-service placements, job search, supportive services, employer engagement, employment placement, job-retention assistance, participation tracking, reporting, and related program administration. The selected contractor must maintain an electronic case-management, timekeeping, and reporting system; provide qualified personnel and organizational capacity; submit organizational, personnel, technology, insurance, financial, and reference information; and comply with applicable federal, state, and local program requirements. The initial contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with up to two additional one-year options. The County anticipates approximately 500 OWF participants and 2,200 SNAP E&T participants annually, but these figures are not guaranteed.
