Description
Midland Independent School District is soliciting proposals for a single provider to furnish and operate an on-site or near-site health clinic for approximately 2,500 employees and 4,000 enrolled health-plan members. The selected provider must supply the professional, clinical, administrative, operational, and compliance services needed to operate the clinic, including acute, chronic, urgent, preventive, virtual, mental-health, occupational-health, and wellness services; vaccinations; pre-employment physicals; biometric screenings; care coordination and referrals; laboratory and imaging coordination; prescription-drug capabilities; health-record and benefits-system integration; HIPAA privacy and security compliance; reporting; and employee engagement. Proposers may offer an existing suitable facility or a near-site location for which they assume responsibility and applicable build-out costs. The response must include a detailed service and staffing model, implementation plan, pricing through the buyer's electronic bidding system and the required pricing sheet, qualifications and licenses, at least three comparable references, questionnaire responses, and required vendor and compliance forms. The initial contract term is three years, with an option for one additional two-year renewal term. General liability and workers' compensation/employers' liability insurance are required.
