Description
The United States Air Force is conducting a sources-sought inquiry for a potential blanket purchase agreement covering the replacement, upgrade, refurbishment, installation, and routine maintenance of automatic liquid and stormwater sampling stations at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The work includes supplying labor, equipment, materials, parts, shipping, and installation for vacuum samplers, data loggers, insulated housings, cellular-service hardware, and related components serving permitted outfalls under the installation's NPDES permit. Respondents must submit a concise capabilities package, including a cover letter, company and ownership information, capability and capacity statements, proposed subcontracting or teaming information, relevant experience from the last 10 years, business size and socioeconomic status, and a Unique Entity Identifier and/or CAGE Code. The package may not exceed 25 pages and must demonstrate experience with automatic liquid sampling stations and data loggers; work must be performed by experienced personnel or supervised by an individual with current Campbell Partner certification. This is not a solicitation or request for proposals, and no set-aside decision has been made.
