The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Bureau of Juvenile Justice Services, is soliciting bids for a contractor to provide outpatient and emergency care services at the North East Secure Treatment Unit (NESTU) located at 701 Sathers Drive, Pittston, Pennsylvania 18640.
