Description
Clark County Department of Job and Family Services is seeking one qualified provider to operate the RidesPlus Transportation Services Program. The contractor will provide a curb-to-curb, demand-responsive transportation system for Medicaid-eligible customers and other low-income residents, including transportation to employment, eligible medical appointments not provided through an MCO/MCP, childcare, and other social-service programs. The program is expected to provide approximately 20,000 trips annually. The proposal must address service delivery, target population support, experience, deliverables, outcomes, reporting, program administration, personnel, and costs. Required insurance includes workers’ compensation, commercial general liability, umbrella or excess liability, and auto liability coverage, with specified limits and additional-insured requirements. The contract period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028.
