Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to modernize the original elevator at C.J. Brown Dam and Reservoir. The work includes removing and replacing the control tower elevator’s obsolete electrical and mechanical components with modern, non-proprietary parts that can be serviced by any independent elevator company. The contractor must provide all tools, materials, equipment, and labor. New components must be compatible with the existing elevator cab, rails, and utilities.
