Description
The United States Air Force is conducting market research for development and sustainment of its enterprise Product Lifecycle Management capability, based on Siemens Teamcenter, a commercial off-the-shelf platform hosted in the Cloud One environment. The scope includes product, CAD, and bill-of-materials data management; engineering change management; data-model management and migration; enterprise-system integration; Agile configuration and development; testing; infrastructure; training; help desk support; program management; configuration and quality management; cybersecurity; assessment and authorization; and systems transition. The revised Performance Work Statement also covers support for unclassified/CUI environments and, through Engineering Change Proposal tasking, potential Secret and Top Secret environments. Required capabilities include Teamcenter architecture and configuration, digital-thread implementation, interoperability, cloud infrastructure, software and integration testing, role-based training, 24/7 response for emergency and critical help-desk issues, and personnel with specified Teamcenter, program-management, cybersecurity, Agile, and clearance qualifications. This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice rather than a request for proposals or a commitment to award a contract; capability statements should follow the original response instructions and address the revised scope.
