Description
Clark County, Ohio has applied for a Clean Water Act Section 401 water quality certification from the Ohio EPA for a project to expand and realign Spangler Road (CR335). The project is located near 3479 Spangler Rd, Medway, OH, 45341. Discharges from the activity, if approved, would result in degradation to Medway Creek and six wetlands. Ohio EPA will conduct an antidegradation review before deciding whether to allow a lowering of water quality. A public information session and public hearing will be held on October 6, 2026, at the Enon Branch Clark County Public Library Community Room. Written comments will be accepted through October 13, 2026.
