Description
Weld County is soliciting bids for tree and limb removal services. The initial scope requires removing and disposing of accumulated tree debris at the East Davis Farm and Mead Grader Shed sites, including identifying the proposed on-site processing method and end disposal. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, repairs, hauling, processing, disposal, and associated fees. The solicitation also includes annual and on-call services for tree debris accumulated throughout the year, with potential work at other locations. Bidders must provide lump-sum pricing for the initial cleanup, annual pricing per cubic yard, and mobilization and hourly rates for on-call work within and beyond 50 miles of the Public Works headquarters. The annual service term is October 15, 2026, through October 14, 2027, with up to two additional annual renewals. The contractor must have at least three years of relevant experience and perform on-site work during Public Works operating hours.
