Description
Baseline Metropolitan District No. 1 is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Baseline NEC Access Road Grading Project. The scope generally includes grading and other related work incidental to completing the project in accordance with the acceptance requirements of the District and the City and County of Broomfield. Each bid must include a qualification statement addressing present commitments, past performance, comparable experience, available equipment, and resumes for assigned key personnel, as well as a proposed subcontractor and supplier list. A five-percent bid bond is required with each bid; the successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds. Bidders must possess the required licenses and insurance policies. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, subject to the District's determination.
