Description
Boulder County is seeking comprehensive maintenance, support, hosting management, accessibility oversight, and ongoing development services for its enterprise WordPress environment and supporting AWS infrastructure. The selected vendor will provide secure, scalable, and accessible digital services aligned with applicable industry standards, County policies, and best practices, coordinating with County IT resources and web content authors across departments and offices. The submission requires a proposal, proposed pricing or rate sheet, three references for similar projects completed within the last three years with contact information, W-9, Vendor Information Form, and Certificate of Insurance. A Certificate of Good Standing with the Colorado Secretary of State is optional. Vendors must also complete the listed yes/no acknowledgments and may optionally submit a redlined version identifying requested contract changes.
