Description
Boulder County Housing Authority seeks comprehensive snow and ice removal services at all BCHA-owned and operated sites. The contractor must provide management, supervision, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, and labor necessary to maintain safe and accessible conditions during snow and ice events. The scope includes snow shoveling, plowing, ice treatment, and appropriate snow storage. Services must be performed as needed in response to changing weather and site conditions, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, throughout the winter season. The submission requires a proposal, completed pricing table, three references for similar projects completed within the last three years with contact information, a completed W-9, a Vendor Information Form, and a Certificate of Insurance. A redlined contract may be submitted if changes are requested, but it is optional; a Certificate of Good Standing is also optional.
