Description
Dutchess County is soliciting separate prime bids for general construction and electrical work associated with roof replacement projects at Wilcox Park, Bowdoin Park, and the Amenia Outpost. The work covers multiple county buildings and locations. Bids must include one paper original and one electronic flash-drive copy, along with bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, official bank check, or acceptable letter of credit equal to 10% of the bid amount. The bid must be sealed and visibly marked with the project name, bidder name, and bid-opening date and time. The project may be subject to New York State prevailing-wage requirements, contractor and subcontractor registry requirements, and applicable apprenticeship-program requirements.
