Description
OMH de Montréal is soliciting construction services for façade renovations, door and window replacement, and balcony rehabilitation at four occupied housing buildings. The scope includes replacing entrance and balcony doors, windows, thresholds, concrete sills, metal balcony guardrails, fiberglass balcony tops, brick masonry sections, foundation stucco, steel lintels, mechanical and electrical equipment, basement window grilles, rear stairs, control joints, parapet metal panels, coping flashings, damaged wood members, canopies, and canopy lighting. It also includes repairing concrete columns, cleaning masonry, installing a housekeeping slab, replacing civic address numbers, and sanding and painting retained balcony structures, low fences, and doors. The work is to be completed within a maximum of 225 working days from the confirmed start date stated in the letter of engagement. The buildings will remain occupied during construction. The estimated contract period is 11 months.
