Description
The City seeks bids from prequalified bidders for a single-prime contract to drill, construct, and test a new irrigation well. The work includes flooded reverse mud rotary drilling to an approximate depth of 1,200 feet, anticipated 20-inch well casing and engineered gravel pack, rig and pump development, pump testing, final video inspection, and disinfection. Bids are to be submitted on a lump-sum and unit-price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. All work must be completed by July 15, 2027.
