Description
The City seeks a qualified landscape architecture, planning, engineering, or multidisciplinary consultant to update the master plan for an approximately 21-acre regional park. Work includes reviewing the existing plan and site information; assessing current conditions and park needs; developing multiple conceptual alternatives; preparing conceptual grading and earthwork analyses; and conducting public engagement and City Council presentations. The consultant will refine a preferred alternative, develop a conceptual phasing and implementation strategy, and prepare preliminary construction cost estimates. The final deliverable is a master plan provided electronically in PDF and an editable/native format acceptable to the City. This is a conceptual planning project, not a request for final engineering or architectural plans, construction or bidding documents, specifications, or construction administration. Proposals must include an executive summary, team organization, qualifications and references, work plan, and a not-to-exceed fee proposal; the proposal is limited to 25 pages, with a two-page maximum for the executive summary.
