Description
The USDA Forest Service seeks a contractor to reconstruct the raw-water intake and portions of the Buckboard Marina public water system. The base bid includes a new reservoir intake and cofferdam, pumps and pump house, raw-water storage, pipelines, irrigation connections, access road, power and communications infrastructure, and electrical/SCADA design and installation. The contractor must furnish and install the materials and systems required for the work. Five options may also be awarded: underground finished-water storage tanks; a looped water distribution system; water meters; replacement of the existing treatment plant with a design-build 40-GPM system; and a waterline extension to a future dock. The revised documents clarify the option scopes, quantities, measurement and payment, utility demarcations and charges, pump spares, backup generator requirements, and communications/SCADA requirements. The quote deadline is November 17, 2026, and Amendment 0003 must be acknowledged with the quote.
