Description
The Town of Rayville is soliciting separate sealed bids for construction of Water and Wastewater Improvements to Louisiana Highway 583, specifically Contract 2B for Water Production Wells and Contract 4 for Water Distribution Improvements. Bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline. Each bid must include bid security equal to 5% of the bidder’s maximum bid price, in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds. Prime bidders must obtain the bidding documents from the engineer for a nonrefundable $40 reproduction and handling fee.
