Description
Provo City seeks a specialty building construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC) to provide preconstruction services for new administration and collections buildings at its water reclamation facility. The project includes planning and coordination, cost estimating, scheduling, constructability and biddability reviews, value engineering, risk management, packaging and phasing recommendations, and development of guaranteed maximum price proposals. The selected CM/GC may later negotiate a separate construction services agreement; construction is not the current scope being procured.
