Description
The City seeks new, unused materials for water, wastewater, water distribution, and sewer systems, including valves, pipe and tubing, fittings, repair clamps and couplings, hydrant components, meter accessories, manhole and sewer components, tools, and related hardware. The bid schedule specifies numerous line items, estimated quantities, product requirements, and unit prices; bidders must complete and return the City-issued pricing schedule. Materials must meet applicable standards and specifications, and proposed equivalents require product data for evaluation where permitted. The resulting contract is an as-needed annual unit-price supply contract, with no guaranteed minimum quantities. The initial term is one year from the effective date in the executed contract, with up to four additional one-year renewals at the City's option. Delivery is to the location stated on each purchase order or release, and delivered pricing must include ordinary freight, unloading, and related costs unless otherwise specified.
