Description
The State seeks a contractor to operate and maintain the wastewater treatment plant and potable water treatment systems serving the New Lisbon Developmental Center, including its public community water systems. The contractor must provide licensed operators and supporting staff, operate the facilities, manage chemicals, conduct inspections and preventive maintenance, perform process-control testing and regulatory sampling, and prepare required regulatory reports and operating records. The scope also includes maintenance of pump stations and the spray field, sludge and residual handling, laboratory coordination, and emergency response, including in-person response to the facility within four hours of notification. The contractor must submit a technical response describing its management, mobilization, maintenance, and operating approach, along with personnel qualifications, relevant experience, and required forms. Pricing must be entered on the State-supplied price sheet. The contract has a three-year base term, with up to two additional years available through extensions.
