Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is soliciting catalog or price-list discounts and hourly rates for commercial water treatment chemicals, equipment, and related services. Vendors may bid on applicable service categories and must provide catalog information, applicable discounts, hourly labor rates, and any additional product or service details. Catalogs or price lists must be included for product offerings to be considered. The resulting cooperative contract is effective January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal. Required response information and attachments include the completed W-9, Goodbuy Regional Map, Edgar Vendor Certification Form, Form 1295 documentation as applicable, Goodbuy construction-related advisory, DEI Policy, required certifications and acknowledgments, pricing information, and supplier information. A $50 nonrefundable administrative fee is required, and awarded vendors must remit a 2% participation fee on member sales.
