Description
The Franklin County Regional Housing & Redevelopment Authority is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct inspections of residential units subsidized under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Housing Choice Voucher Program. Required inspection services include initial, biennial, special, damage or complaint inspections, and re-inspections of units that previously failed inspection. The scope includes all communication, correspondence, reports, and documents associated with the inspections, as well as travel for each inspection. The selected vendor's services will run for three years beginning January 1, 2027, and the authority may terminate the contract upon 15 days' notice in the event of vendor default.
