Description
The City of Burlingame Community Development Department's Building Division is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to establish a master on-call consultant list. Services include building permit application plan review for California Building Code compliance, preparation of comment lists and approvals, rechecks, technical support, pre-construction and pre-design meeting attendance, field visits, and support for inspection personnel. The scope also includes building inspection services, permit technician services, and general Building Division staff augmentation, including plan reviewers, plan review engineers, building inspectors, permit technicians, and certified building officials. Staff may be required to work on-site at City Hall for certain assignments. Consultants must submit fee schedules and address specified qualification, experience, project-reference, staffing, exception, and insurance information. Selected firms will be considered for three-year professional services contracts.
