Mount Prospect Academy, Inc. District is seeking bids for Category 1 internet access and data transmission services for 10 connections across nine sites. Current bandwidth requirements range from 15 Mbps to 600 Mbps, with scalable pricing requested for higher bandwidth levels ranging from 300 Mbps through 5 Gbps. The new Boomerang Building requires proposed 3 Gbps service, while other sites require scalability up to 1 Gbps. The scope includes installation and initial configuration. The district may adjust the services for new or relocated sites and changes in quantity or capacity. Proposals may cover month-to-month, one-year, multi-year, or agreements with voluntary extension options, and must clearly identify eligible and ineligible costs.
