Description
The City of Casa Grande is establishing a pre-qualified list of consultants to provide non-exclusive, on-call professional services for City departments and projects. The scope includes building-plan review for code compliance, issuance of standardized review findings, and building inspections for compliance with adopted building codes, including documentation in the City inspection system. Appropriate International Code Council certifications are required for plan examiners and inspectors. Assignments will be issued through task orders. Selected consultants must submit a detailed scope and fee proposal for each assignment and may not begin work until authorized. The City expects to select up to five firms in each category. The solicitation requires a seven-page Statement of Qualifications, three specified forms, three references including an Arizona city or town reference, and three similar project examples. The contract is for two years with three optional one-year renewals; work is not guaranteed. Consultants must maintain required insurance, professional registrations, and a City business license.
