Description

California State University San Marcos is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional service providers to establish task order service agreements supporting capital projects, minor capital projects, deferred maintenance, Job Order Contract projects, and other eligible university projects. The solicitation covers five service categories: architectural and engineering services; Inspector of Record and special inspection services; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering; material testing and inspection services; and signage and wayfinding consulting services. The agreement has an initial two-year term with two additional two-year extensions available by amendment, and a maximum agreement value of $2,000,000. Individual task orders are limited to $600,000 for infrastructure improvement or deferred maintenance services and $400,000 for other services. Respondents must submit a Statement of Qualifications, applicable professional licenses and certifications, at least three representative California projects completed or substantially completed within the past five years, three project references, information about subconsultant management, qualifications and technical resources, and processes for managing task order costs and schedules. A completed rate sheet is required for each service category proposed, along with the Statement of No Exceptions/Exceptions form.
