The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking proposals from professional services consultants to provide engineering services in support of the Gallagher Slough Tide Gate Removal and Coastal Wetland Restoration project. The scope includes design for removing slough tide gates and designing coastal wetland restoration. The project is being procured through a competitive sealed proposal process. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held virtually on August 20, 2026.
