The State of Oregon, through the Department of Human Services (ODHS), Office of Payment Accuracy and Recovery - Estate Administration Unit (EAU), is issuing a Request for Application (RFA) for qualified contract attorneys. Contractors will serve as conservators and personal representatives, performing duties such as drafting and filing petitions under ORS chapter 125 (conservatorship), ORS chapter 113 (probate), and simple estate affidavits under ORS 114. The work involves managing estates for individuals receiving ODHS services.
