Description
The League of Oregon Cities is soliciting proposals on behalf of its members and National Purchasing Partners participating agencies for a four-year Master Price Agreement, with a possible one-year extension, covering industrial, medical, specialty, process, calibration, food-grade, refrigerant, cryogenic, bulk, and dry ice gases; compressed gas cylinders and bulk supply systems; gas delivery equipment; gas detection and monitoring systems; welding equipment, consumables, accessories, and personal protective equipment; and related gas-system installation, maintenance, repair, cylinder exchange, supply-chain management, and technical services. Proposers are encouraged to offer their complete catalog, including related products and services, and may propose subcontracted offerings. Responses must address product and service capabilities, distribution and delivery coverage, pricing or catalog discounts, freight, customer support, marketing, warranties, installation, and applicable terms. The proposal package must include the Proposer Profile Workbook, at least three comparable government references, pricing schedule, complete current catalog pricing, a proposal organized around the scope of work, signed addenda if issued, a final certification, and the required non-collusion and debarment certifications. Multiple awards may be made based on product lines, services, geographic coverage, and distribution capabilities. The estimated annual transaction value is approximately $18 million, although purchases are not guaranteed.
