Description
The League of Oregon Cities, serving as lead contracting agency for the National Purchasing Partners Government Division cooperative, is soliciting proposals for a master price agreement covering aquatic supplies, equipment, facility operations, and related services. The scope includes water treatment chemicals and testing equipment; circulation, filtration, chemical-feed, heating, and ventilation systems; maintenance equipment and repair parts; aquatic safety, accessibility, rescue, and waterfront equipment; competition and fitness equipment; water-play and recreation equipment; deck furnishings, covers, locker-room and site amenities; construction components; and facility technology. Related services may include installation, startup, calibration, preventive maintenance, emergency repair, seasonal opening and closing, water balancing, facility inspections, Certified Pool Operator, lifeguard and chemical-handling training, delivery, technical support, and warranty administration. Proposers may offer all or selected categories, and multiple awards may be made based on product lines, services, distribution regions, and capabilities. The resulting master price agreement is intended for use by participating government and nonprofit agencies nationwide and in Canada, with pricing based on catalog discounts, fixed prices, or a combination. The estimated annual transaction volume is approximately $5 million, but purchases are not guaranteed.
