Description
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is soliciting bids for the construction of the OR22 Center Street Bridge (Phase 1) on the Willamina-Salem Highway in Salem, Oregon. The project falls under the class of work for Bridges and Structures. Bidders must be prequalified with ODOT in the appropriate class of work at least ten days before the bid closing. The project includes a steel escalation clause and has minimum wage rate requirements. All projects require that at least 30 percent of the awarded contract amount be performed by the contractor's own organization. Federally funded projects have 'Buy America' requirements. Bids may be submitted electronically via Bid Express or in paper form to the ODOT Procurement Construction Contracts office. The bid closing is scheduled for September 22, 2026, at 9:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
